Noticed a small paint bubble the other day, next to the N/S headlight, gave it a quick
rub down yesterday, looked as though it was just moisture under the paint. Had a good go at it today, got the Dremel at it, and it's not suface rust, it is actullay perforated from the inside out. Really pi$$ed off now, looks like a new wing in the not too distant future, I'll patch it up for now with the old Kurust and top coat. (wanders off to a darkened room, muttering.........................) Hu.

Oh man. I feel for you.
Although, I had the same a few years ago at the base of the headlight. I rubbed it down, cut it out, welded a new bit in, leaded it and painted the whole wing. Its as good as new now. |
