I'll start it off.
My names Pete. I own a modified 1974 911 coupe. My 911 is show at the home page of this forum. I live in Kent with my family (who dont seem as enthusiastic about 911's as me). |

New member Wildsie saying hello!
I own a 1988 911 Club Sport...have posted a couple of pictures on the members cars thread! Live in Buckinghamshire and have owned the Club Sport for about seven years. Am an ex professional race driver and still race semi professionally and run a Performance Driver Tuition Company. Raced a Porsche 962 last year and won the 2008 Group C Enduro Trophy with the cars owner Henry Pearman. Also raced an ex works BMW in Britcar luckily winning the 2008 Britcar Drivers Championship with the cars owner Ian Lawson. Have raced many 911's over the years and love them to bits!!!.....................  www.mikewilds.com

Welcome to the board Wildsie. Its great to have you on board. You sound like a definitie Porsche head but with racing pedigree to go with it. There's another racer on here who I am sure will be pleased at your arrival - his user name is Carlbon. Im sure you two will have much tp speak about!

Hi all, new to this site, been a 968 owner for 5 years just swopped to aircooled about 6 months ago with a 83 sc sport , cars only done 58k from new and is in excellent cond. just done cam chain tensioners, removed air injection, renewed rotor which was siezed on had to bust it to get it off,new dizzy cap, new MAGNECORE ht leads and IRIDIUM plugs, got a scond hand staino back box and fitted that but had to buy new pre silencer in staino and crossover pipe as flange's were badly caroded also replaced oil tank to cooler pipe as this was rock hard and weaping. Done the relay mod on the headlights and fitted 90% uprated bulbs
 otherwise its a lovely old car and drives very nicely. cheers for now Jeff Adams.83' SC SPORT light bronze |
